CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations or reschedules made more than 48 hours before your appointment: No charge. • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24–48 hours of your appointment: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Any cancellation fees must be paid before booking a future appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
